Volume, the API and teamwork. Pro targets one active company domain: 5 domains and sub-domains, 3 seed addresses, 2 members, 250,000 DMARC messages per month and 180 days of history. Team opens up the API and resource groups: 20 domains and sub-domains, 10 seeds, 5 members, 10 groups and 1.5 million DMARC messages. Business targets agencies and large accounts: 60 domains and sub-domains, 20 seeds, 15 members, 50 groups to separate clients, 6 million DMARC messages, a full year of history, and the option to enforce two-factor authentication across the account.

It counts emails, not reports. Mailbox providers send you aggregate reports, each describing thousands of emails sent from your domains: it is that number of described emails that is counted, so it matches the volume you actually send. The total covers the whole account, spread across the domains your plan allows. You are warned at 80% of the quota, then again when it is reached.

Your paid access runs until the end of the period you already paid for. On that date the account moves to the free plan and its limits apply: 1 domain, 1 IP, 1 seed and 14 days of report history. Nothing is auto-renewed against your will, and you cancel from your own account.

1 on free, 5 on Pro, 20 on Business. Each member gets a role: owner, admin, billing or member. Billing stays separate from scan data, and alerts can be routed to a shared mailbox rather than one person's address.
